This is ash from the Santa Cruz fires covering everything. It is all over the patio, the cars, everything. We are in no danger from the fires, but the smoke and ash blocked out the sun for most of the day and make it seem like it's snowing.

I'm glad you are ok. I can't believe how big she is getting. It doesn't seem possible that they grow up this fast,does it?
We were driving back from Reno on Sunday and we saw a very small fire. It was frightening at how fast they spread.
She looks so wonderful, Steve, and I'm glad you're doing well.
