I have day dreams of growing my own food. Only a fantasy but I like the idea of having all fresh foods all the time.<BR/><BR/>We need to start doing more activities, we got very lazy being at home with a baby all day. There are such different realities out there.<BR/><BR/>Isn't it interesting how the foods are grandparents ate and lived to be 90 is now killing us. I've got an opinion that it isn't so much the food as the processing and the very different levels of activity.
